By accessing our website, submitting an application, registering for a programme, or making a payment, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

6. Instalment Payment Plans

Failure to make an instalment payment by the required date may result in:

  • Restriction from examinations or assessments;
  • Delayed issuance of certificates; or

Any applicable late-payment conditions will be communicated to students.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

All refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

By making a payment, students acknowledge that they have reviewed and accepted the applicable refund conditions.

8. Online Classes and Learning Platforms

Where a programme is delivered online, students may receive access to platforms such as Zoom, learning management systems, student portals, email, WhatsApp, or other digital services.

Students are responsible for having:

  • A suitable device;
  • A reliable internet connection;
  • Appropriate software or applications;
  • A functioning email address; and
  • The necessary technical facilities to participate in online learning.

Technical problems relating to a student's personal device, internet connection, electricity supply, or other personal circumstances do not automatically entitle the student to a refund.

9. Attendance and Participation

Students are expected to attend scheduled classes and actively participate in their programme.

Certain programmes may have minimum attendance requirements.

Students may be required to complete:

  • Assignments;
  • Practical activities;
  • Assessments;
  • Examinations;
  • Presentations;
  • Projects; or
  • Other academic requirements.

Failure to meet academic requirements may affect eligibility for completion or certification.

10. Assignments and Assessments

Students are responsible for submitting assignments and completing assessments within the deadlines communicated by Scholar Sphere Campus.

Late submissions may be subject to the applicable academic rules.

Scholar Sphere Campus may require students to complete practical assessments, examinations, presentations, interviews, or other forms of evaluation before a qualification or certificate is issued.

Where academic misconduct is identified, Scholar Sphere Campus may take appropriate action, including cancellation of an assessment, withholding results, suspension, or termination of enrolment.

12. Artificial Intelligence and Academic Work

Where students use artificial intelligence tools or other digital assistance for academic work, such use must comply with the specific requirements communicated by the lecturer or programme.

Students remain responsible for the originality, accuracy, and integrity of their submitted work.

Where an assessment specifically prohibits the use of AI or other external assistance, students must comply with that requirement.

13. Certificates and Qualifications

Completion of a course does not automatically guarantee the issuance of a certificate or qualification.

Students may be required to satisfy applicable:

  • Attendance requirements;
  • Assignment requirements;
  • Assessment requirements;
  • Examination requirements;
  • Payment requirements;
  • Administrative requirements; and
  • Requirements of the relevant awarding or certification organization.

Where a programme is delivered in partnership with or leads to certification by another organization, the requirements of that organization may also apply.

14. Third-Party Educational Partners

Some programmes may involve universities, awarding organizations, certification providers, professional bodies, or other educational partners.

Where applicable, students may be subject to the terms, conditions, academic regulations, and eligibility requirements of the relevant third-party organization.

Scholar Sphere Campus cannot guarantee admission, certification, recognition, or progression where the final decision rests with an independent third party.

15. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the Scholar Sphere Campus website and its original content, including:

  • Reproduce recordings;
  • Resell access to a programme; or

16. Student-Generated Content

Students may submit assignments, projects, presentations, comments, feedback, or other materials as part of their studies.

Students retain ownership of their original work to the extent applicable.

However, students grant Scholar Sphere Campus permission to use submitted work for legitimate educational, quality assurance, assessment, accreditation, or administrative purposes where reasonably necessary.

Any public use of identifiable student work for marketing or promotional purposes should be handled in accordance with applicable privacy requirements and, where necessary, appropriate consent.

17. Website Use

Scholar Sphere Campus may suspend an account where unauthorized access, misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected.

  • WhatsApp;

Students are responsible for keeping their contact details up to date.

Reasons may include:

  • Non-payment of applicable fees;
  • Unauthorized sharing of course materials;
  • Abuse or harassment of staff, lecturers, or students;
  • Misuse of online platforms;
  • Unauthorized access to systems; or
  • Other serious misconduct.

Where appropriate, the student may be notified of the reason for the suspension or termination.

Termination does not automatically create a right to a refund.

24. Privacy

Where a programme has specific terms that differ from these general Terms & Conditions, the programme-specific terms may apply to the extent communicated to the student.
